Well, the first film is slow and a little muddled... But T6 is a good old fashioned caper isn't it? It has lots of wonderful interplay with the cast, and when you get to the last 25 minutes it really...

This scene of TB2 landing and revealing the Pod with TB6 is brilliant, a wonderful moment, with beautifully cut action and music.

But it really bugs me the Pod number font just isn't right!

The sets would've been in mothballs for a fair amount of time (the best part of a year). And with the second half of Captain Scarlet in production concurrently, the sets would've been used for that...

Sylvia Anderson says it is in the commentary... I guess it was their way of getting around the absence of Ray Barrett in the cast, keeping it ambiguous.

I guess cinema at this point was a captive audience medium, there wasn't the constant pressure to keep bums on seats... But an action scene here would've been good.

The puppets are much more muted...
