Default Parking at TV 21

Can you give us any information about parking at the event/hotel. Think I read that there is a pay & display across the road from the hotel but that could turn out to be expensive for the 3 days.

Default Travelling to the Convention

I think for this Convention I shall let the train take the strain. The hotel is very near the station, which is an advantage the Boreham Wood Hotel did not have, although it had many other good points.

Hi Mark,

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I have been busy over Easter.

The hotel car park is available, but could be full if the hotel is fully booked.

The Pay and Display car park opposite the hotel costs 2.60 for all day Saturday and 1.60 for all day Sunday. It is more expensive on the Friday. It is open 24 hours a day.

Public transport is very good for this area with Lots of buses stopping within 5 minutes walk of the hotel and the train station nearby as well.

Not knowing Bristol: If travelling by train, will it be the Temple Meads station that I'd want to arrive at?

If you have a look at Flickr, there is a photographic walking route from Temple Meads to the Hotel:

More travel details can be found on the con website: http://tv21.weebly.com/hotel--travel.html
