One of the thrusters is held on with glue...otherwise the model is pretty good as is teh box.

Anyone know/think if this will detract any value??? To me it's frustrating as I know it's there and I am a perfectionist!

You can buy replica thrusters, is that an option for you?

I have just won three auctions on eBay.
1. Century21FX by Alan Shubrook
2. Thunderbirds & ITC Machine Library
and the biggie!
3. Thunderbirds The Big Pink Book
Been after that one for years, I'm now a very happy bunny!

Is that the hardback Alan Shubrook book or the paperback reissue?
Looks like hardback ones have gone for between 25 and 80 recently. I have the paperback but would like the hardback but the only one continuing to appear starts at 100 which is a bit more than I want to pay

It's the original hardback edition and I paid 80 for it.
I forgot to say I also won the hardback Mike Trim book, signed and numbered for the same price.
Can't wait to receive the Thunderbirds Big Pink Book, as I've heard so much about it, the reference photos will help so much with my artwork.
The new UFO Visual Archives book is also a very good addition to anyone's Anderson library.

I got the UFO book when it was a new release. I knew it was Japanese but I just found it to include too much Japanese text rather than extra stills so I sold it.

Only a week ago someone got the Shubrook hardback for 25. I regularly look for it but it's typical that good deals appear when I'm not looking

Speaking of Shubrook he's been selling off additonal copies of the souvenir brochure from Shadocon . Very nice it is too and well worth a tenner + postage

Not my most treasured items but certainly in the "odd" category, I have 3 alien heads used in Space Precinct - 2 adults and a child.
Off the top of my head (ha!) I can't remember what they were called but they are the ones with the extra eye in the forehead.
One of the adults and the child were bought together with a jacket worn in the series.

It scared my cat when I put one on!

The only TV memorabilia I had was from Space 1999. They were items I won in auctions at Fanderson 82 and 84. They were two Alpha carry cases, a year 1 Moonbase Alpha building and a whole section of computer wall from the year 2 Medical centre.
The very first items I ever bought were at Fanderson 81 and they were Gerrys personal script for Five Star Five and Ed Bishops own copy of the Into Infinity script. Happy days, when rare stuff didn't need a second mortgage!
