Just saw this New Takara kit of Thunderbird 2 and I have to say it does look amazing with a lot of great detail, I really do hope more pods become available and a Remote control mole pod would be really nice! However it looks like the legs are not motorised which is a real shame and the Original Thunderbird 2 1/144 Scale made by takara had motorised legs, I really do hope they add this.

I have built this kit quite recently, went together well as its a 'snap-together' kit, but I used glue and filler and painted it properly

The detail in the pod is excellent

Inside the pod

Cockpit:

Size comparison to the Imai 9" kit (supposedly 1:350) so you can see how much smaller the new TB2 is supposed to be

Small TB4

The size difference to the original TB2 is quite noticable if you put this one and the Takara 1:144 scale side by side

With the 1:144 scale kit of the orig TB-1:

and with some of the 1:144 scale orig pod vehicles:

Thanks.... (problem seems to be that if they are stored on the forum they don't show up unless you have logged in)
