If you’re writing to us about any aspect of your club membership, including your online account, in order to protect your personal data we require you to tell us:
- your full name
- your membership number
- your postcode
Once we’ve been able to verify your information, we’ll look into your query and respond to you.
As the Fanderson committee run everything in their spare time, it might take a day or two for us to reply, but you should get an immediate automatic reply to confirm that your email has got through to us.
