• Renewing members – your membership package will sent as part of the winter mailing (keep an eye on the News page of the website), unless we are preparing the winter mailing in which case your package will be delayed by up to four weeks
• New members – this is a pre-order, so your membership package will be mailed shortly after the winter mailing (keep an eye on the News page of the website)
