1966 – The Birmingham Post reports that three reels of film have been taken from A.P.Films Ltd in Slough, all are from the series Fireball XL5. Two of the reels are found behind the studios after intruders forced open a window to gain access

1967 – The British Puppet And Model Theatre Guild hold an exhibition from today to July 8th at Harrogate’s Exhibition Centre which features puppets from Stingray 

1976 – Scottish Television broadcast UFO for the last time at 11.05am with the episode Reflections In The Water, the series was not purchased by the station for another showing in the eighties
