1979 – The Ealing And Acton Gazette informs readers that the Gerry Anderson and Sydney Rose produced film Five Star Five which went into pre-production last month is set for an October lift-off. The film will entail seventeen weeks of principal photography followed with an additional twenty weeks for special effects. Written by Gerry Anderson and Tony Barwick the film is described as Where Eagles Dare in space involving five unique characters
