- In addition to these overall terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), the club’s normal Ts&Cs apply, and individual daily offers may have specific applicable terms, conditions and/or instructions (shown in the daily offer details)
- All offers are available to current Fanderson members only (ie, those with a current club membership, including those applying for membership as part of their basket) with an online club account
- “Orders placed online” are valid once payment is received
- All offers are whilst stocks last
- All time references are British Summer Time (BST)
- Availability and price given on the website at the time of purchase will be applicable
- Fanderson reserves the right to withdraw any daily offer at any time
- If a coupon code is required for any offer, the club member must apply this at checkout (before payment) – it cannot be applied retroactively
- Fanderson memberships, Silva Screen products, charity auction bids or charity raffle tickets do not contribute to any offer spend threshold

- Only one entry per member for each free lucky dip – multiple entries will be invalid

- Free items have no cash value. Please don’t ask us for the price of free items – they are not for sale
- The condition of vintage items may sometimes not be as pristine as brand-new items
- Auctions require members to complete a short webform
- For auctions, the website news story will be regularly updated with the current highest bid
- Auction bids submitted after the published closing date/time will not be valid
- If there are multiple highest bids when an auction ends, the relevant members will be emailed with an opportunity to make a final ‘blind’ bid
- We will aim to publish auction and raffle results on the website as soon as possible after the event closes
- Due to the limited stock available, we cannot provide replacements of free or lucky dip items that are not delivered
- All funds collected in respect of charity raffles or auctions will be donated (minus postage expenses) to our advent charity – Actors’ Benevolent Fund
- We reserve the right to combine members’ individual orders (or to split orders) for posting
