In addition to these overall terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), the club’s normal Ts&Cs apply, and individual daily offers may have specific applicable terms, conditions and/or instructions (shown in the daily offer details)- All offers are available to current Fanderson members only (ie, those with a current club membership, including those applying for membership as part of their basket) with an online club account
- “Orders placed online” are valid once payment is received
- All offers are whilst stocks last
- All time references are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Unless noted otherwise in an individual offer, all charity auctions and raffles end at midnight on 31st December 2024
- Lucky Dips close at midnight on 31st December 2024, or once stock is exhausted (whichever is the sooner).
- Availability and price given on the website will be applicable at the time of purchase
- Fanderson reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time
- If a coupon code is required for any offer, the club member must apply this at checkout (before payment) – it cannot be applied retroactively
- A spend threshold applicable for any offer does not include excluded items (see 21 below)
- Free items may require additional purchase in order to cover postage and packing – this does not include excluded items (see 21 below)

- Free items have no cash value. Please don’t ask us for the price of free items – they are not for sale
- The condition of vintage items may sometimes not be as pristine as brand-new items
- Auctions require members to complete a short form. The website news story will be regularly updated with the current highest bid, enabling you to increase your bid. Auction bids submitted after the published closing date/time will not be valid. In the event of two or more winning bids at the same price, the first timed bid at that level will be considered as successful.
- We aim to publish auction and raffle results on the website as soon as possible after the event closes
- Due to the limited stock available, we cannot provide replacements of free or lucky dip items that are not delivered
- All funds collected in respect of charity raffles or auctions will be donated (minus postage expenses) to our 2025 charity – Demelza
- We reserve the right to combine members’ individual orders (or to split orders) for posting
- Excluded items are Fanderson memberships, Silva Screen products, charity auction bids or charity raffle tickets
