- In addition to these overall terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), the club’s normal Ts&Cs apply, and individual daily offers may have specific applicable terms, conditions and/or instructions (shown in the offer details above)
- All offers are available to current Fanderson members only (ie, those with a current club membership, including those applying for membership as part of their basket) with an online club account
- “Orders placed online” are valid once payment is received
- All offers are whilst stocks last
- All time references are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Offers may be available for longer than 24 hours. Availability and price given on the website will be applicable at the time of purchase
- Fanderson reserves the right to withdraw any daily offer at any time
- If a coupon code is required for any offer, the club member must apply this at checkout (before payment) – it cannot be applied retroactively
- A spend threshold applicable for any offer does not include excluded items (see item 11). Orders not complying with published Ts&Cs will be refunded.
- Free items may require additional purchase in order to cover postage and packing (exclusions apply – see item 11)
- Excluded items – Fanderson memberships, Silva Screen products, event registrations, charity auction auction bids or charity raffle tickets
- If a free item must be added to your basket, the club member must add this before checkout – it cannot be applied retroactively
- Free items have no cash value. Please don’t ask us for the price of free items – they are not for sale
- The condition of vintage items may sometimes not be as pristine as brand-new items
- Members can enter each free Lucky Dip once, with additional entries discarded
- Auctions require members to complete a short form and are ‘blind’, with the website news story regularly updated with the current highest bids
- Auction bids submitted after the published closing date/time will not be valid
- We will aim to publish auction and raffle results on the website as soon as possible after the event closes (usually next day)
- Due to the limited stock available, we cannot provide replacements of free or lucky dip items that are not delivered
- All funds collected in respect of charity raffles or auctions will be donated (minus postage expenses) to our advent charity – Actors’ Benevolent Fund
- We reserve the right to combine members’ individual orders (or to split orders) for posting
- To avoid postal delays or loss in transit, we reserve the right to not post orders until after the Christmas holiday period
