1971 – UFO begins on Granada Television
1971 – Yorkshire’s edition of the TV Times listed UFO to be shown today at 5.10pm with the first broadcast of E.S.P. but due to a strike at the station by Producers, Engineers and Technicians regarding overtime it was not shown until later in the year in December. The strike was over by Monday when normal programming resumed.
1982 – Grampian Television broadcast Thunderbirds for the last time at 9.30am with the episode Ricochet
