1970 – Lady Penelope (Penny Snow) and Fab 1 appear at the opening of a refurbished garage in Bromsgrove – All Saints Garage, also appearing was Pat Phoenix from Coronation Street. The day didn’t go very smoothly as Fab 1 broke down when the car did a demonstration run through the town and on the previous evening the managing director of the company found himself trapped inside Fab 1 for two hours during a wine and cheese party
