Forty years ago today I attended my first ever con, this being the Anderpup Minicon, I travelled, at the tender age of 15, all the way from Fulham to High Wycombe and the day changed my life in some ways. It really cemented my love for all things Anderson and I met him that day as well.
It was my first introduction to Supercar, Fireball XL5 and The Secret Service and I finally saw my favourite puppet show, Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, for the first time in probably about 8 years. It was small con and was the last mini one before the creation of Fanderson, happy memories.
