Launching on Friday 23rd February, the limited edition figurine of Turata from Centrallius is the latest addition to Robert Harrop’s Supermarionation Collection.

From the Stingray episode ‘Deep Heat’, Turata is a character of unmistakeable style yet one with questionable motives as he attempts to lure Troy and Phones to a fiery demise.

Traditionally hand sculpted by Mike Rogers and made in the UK by Robert Harrop Designs Ltd, each figurine has been individually hand finished and hand painted.

A strict limited edition of 150 figurines worldwide, each Turata figurine will be individually numbered and will include a Certificate of Authenticity to support its provenance.

Parker and Light Fingered Fred figurines from Robert HarropFanderson, in association with Robert Harrop, is delighted to announce that these beautiful limited edition Parker and Light Fingered Fred figurines will premiere at Fanderson’s upcoming convention, The Future Is Fantastic.

The early pre-sculpt versions pictured above show the characters in memorable poses from the classic Thunderbirds episode “Vault of Death”, with Parker polishing a boot and Fred complete with fag in mouth.

Sculpted by Anthony Halls, these two figurines will initially be exclusive to attendees at the event, and on sale at a special convention price.

The Future is Fantastic! will take place over the weekend of 2nd to the 4th October 2015 at the Holiday Inn Maidenhead.

As part of the programme for Expect the Unexpected, Fanderson will be holding a raffle where the top prizes are special limited edition figurines from Stingray, courtesy of Robert Harrop.

Just to illustrate what an amazing prize this is, it’s worth pointing out that limited edition figurines of Brains and Parker that were sold at Fanderson’s TV21 convention in 2010 are now reaching up to £700 on Ebay!

Other raffle prizes include a funky  ‘I’ve got Brains’ sweatshirt and baseball shirt and a special prize connected with the new TV21 reprint book, scheduled for release by Egmont this autumn.

Long-standing member Martin Ackroyd from Manchester is now the proud owner of a beautiful ceramic resin figurine of Phones, in full Santa outfit, from a classic Stingray episode.

A Christmas to Remember…

Robert Harrop - Santa Phones from Stingray…and this one really will be memorable Christmas for one lucky Fanderson member, as we are running a special competition to win a new limited edition model courtesy of Robert Harrop! The figurine, featuring Phones in his full Santa outfit from A Christmas to Remember – the Stingray Christmas episode – has been hand-painted in ceramic resin and perfectly captures the comic moment when he is mistaken for an intruder by Troy Tempest!

The prize will be individually numbered on the base, will come packaged in a presentation box and be accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
